Bison Lasagna

About the Recipe


  • 1 lbs. ground bison

  • 1 med size jar of pasta sauce

  • 1 tbsp season salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp black peper

  • lasanga noodles

  • 2 cups ricotta

  • 5-6 cups maozzerella


Step 1

Cook lasagna noodles until about 2/3 done, rinse in cold water and remove extra moisture with fingers. Set aside

Step 2

Brown ground bison mix with sauce and spices

Step 3

Put small layer of sauce on bottome of pan. Add single layer of noodles, then sauce, ricotta and mozzerella. Repeat

Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins, until bubbly. Rest 10 mins before serving.
